FAQs

How long does it take to receive an order?

We process and deliver all orders within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. It may take 5-8 days due to COVID-19 restrictions we face during delivery.

What is the status of my order?

Login to your account to view the status of your order confirmation and tracking. You will recieve an email confimation once your order has shipped.

How can I track my order?

You can track it using the tracking number you receive in your email after order placement. You can also login to your account to view your tracking number.

How do Returns/Exchanges work?

Our return or shipping policy lasts for 60 days. We don't promise any returns or exchanges after this period. Also, the product you return must comply with our return and exchange policy.

  • Login to your account to process a return request.
  • Exchanges and returns must be processed by the 60th day from date of delivery.
  • NO RETURNS for any Customized Items. They are final sale unless it is defective. Please visit our returns page for further instruction on requesting a replacement on a damaged custom tumbler.
  • Refunds for returns will be processed upon delivery of your order to our warehouse to the original payment method.

How can I get free replacement lids?

You can place an order for a replacement lid which is free of charge, just pay shipping and handling. Order yours here.

Are Tipsy Tumblers BPA-free?

Yes. Tipsy tumblers are made of stainless steel, which is naturally BPA-free. So, you don't need to worry about the harmful effects of BPA (Bisphenol A). It's an eco-friendly product that you can use for multiple drinks & beverages.

Does Tipsy Tumbler offer gift wrapping?

Yes. When viewing your cart you can add gift wrapping to any of the items in your order for a minimal fee. We offer birthday, wedding, anniversary, and many other wrapping options.

Can I place an order online to be delivered outside of the US?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship outside of the US currently. In the future, we may offer additional services outside the US.

How long will my tumbler keep ice?

All Tipsy Tumblers are made of duel walled stinless stell. They can keep iced drinks cold for 20 hours. And if you are going for something hot it will stay warm for up to 8 hours.

Can I get my tumbler customized?

Yes, we have a handy customizer built into our site. Visit our "Custom" page to select the tumbler you would like to customize. After selecting your tumbler, you can hit "customize" buttom on the product page to begin. After customization, hit the order button. All custom orders are shipped within 4-6 days from order date.

How do you clean the tumbler?

It is a stainless-steel material. You can hand wash it with a mild detergent to keep it clean for daily use. Please avoid using cleaners that have chlorine.

Can I buy a gift certificate?

Yes we offer electronic gift certificates for any amount you specify. You can email it to the recipient automatically or email to yourself to print off and hand deliver to the recipient. Purchase a Gift Certificate Here.

What payment types do Tipsy Tumblers accept online?

We accept all major cards, including master and visa cards, AMEX, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Discover.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Yes, during checkout to can select to ship to multiple address. To use it, you must have more than one item to purchase. One step two of checkout select "Ship to multiple addresses". You can now add a unique address to each item.

How do I return an order for exchange/refund?

You can return or exchange items by filling out the short form on our return page. Please note that you must comply with our return policy to make a successful return.

What address do I send returns to?

We need you to send the returning item to the following address. You MUST include the original packing slip with your item:

What Shipping Methods are available?

We currently have different USPS shipping options available during checkout. You can easily track your order from the USPS website.

Can I return a custom tumbler?

You can only return a customized tumbler if it came damaged. Please visit our returns page for further instruction on requesting a replacment on a damaged custom tumbler.
